We’ve Only Just Begun
Yes, I get a little bit schmaltzy and want to sing a Carpenters song when I think of Paleo On The Go. Don’t hate.
When I first decided to try POTG (we’re tight like that) I felt like it was a complete luxury. I had wanted to try them for years but felt that I couldn’t justify any added expense in our budget. At the time, I was at my worst health wise and in bed for years. It was dreadful. The notion of cooking all of my meals from scratch when I could barely function was almost as debilitating as actually doing it. However, purchasing meals was something I agonized over for a while until I saw a coupon code and decided to go for it. POTG has now become one of my most treasured food resources. I’m glad I took the risk.

For the last two years, every time I travel I order Paleo On The Go to either bring with me or have shipped to where I am staying. In regards to cooking while away from home or on vacation, I always say “Ain’t nobody got time for that!” I don’t want the hassle of dealing with finding food that I could eat for every meal and then still questioning the food prep and potential hidden ingredients or having to grocery shop and cook all week…no danke! Ordering from Paleo On The Go is always a decision that I am super proud of and thankful for! I am able to fully enjoy the time away without the whole food dilemma. It is glorious!
Expo West
Recently, my sister and I hit up the largest expo for natural products in the world and of course my go-to was to order Paleo On The Go. To my delight, when they heard we were headed to the expo, they kindly provided a Hot Logic Mini for us to try with their food while we were there. Full disclosure – I had never heard of a Hot Logic or Hot Logic Mini before. I was a total newbie in this whole realm. Since using it I can now say, that thing is awesome! We would either plug in the Hot Logic Mini and put a POTG meal in there and enjoy a nice meal in about two hours or in the morning before we left our hotel room we would plug it in for about an hour and half and then take it with us on our hunt for the best natural products. Four hours later, after sleuthing out products, we would get it out and have a piping hot meal that wasn’t overcooked…Whaaaa?? It was fab!
Here are the Zesty Salmon Burgers With Avocado Sauce and Sauteed Kale in the Hot Logic Mini before we plugged it in. It was soooooo good and cooked to perfection! I am so grateful that I know about the Hot Logic Mini and have one because this makes traveling and our yearly expo convention trek super easy in the food department!
