The Water Flosser

Yes, this is one of my favorite things. I love to put a drop of peppermint essential oil in the water, so refreshing. It really feels like a spa treatment for my mouth! Of course you have to be very close to the person you give this to and this may, possibly, be a gift for yourself. I’m telling you, bring a water flosser into your daily routine, especially if you aren’t a fan of flossing it essentially water blasts the plaque off your teeth!-Kara

Rocky Mountain Oils

Essential Oils. A few years ago I spent almost a year in hard core, investigative mode deciding what essential oil company I felt most comfortable with. I cannot tell you the many, many hours of research I put into this. My final conclusion was to get the majority of my oils through Native American Nutritionals which has since merged with Rocky Mountain Oils. Right now through the 20th the entire store is 20% off plus a lot of oils are discounted by 30% and 40%. I stock up for the year ahead annually when they do these sales. I use essential oils every day and I know these would make a wonderful Christmas present for someone…or yourself! ?-Kacy

Himalayan Salt Lamp

I’m totally digging my Himalayan Salt Lamp. I purchased mine a couple of months ago and I just adore it. I have it in my bedroom and there is just something about that glow. My husband and I normally spend time in the living room to hang out and talk, but ever since I got this we’re like, “you want to go upstairs and turn on the salt lamp and hangout?!” It is just so peaceful. There are supposed health benefits to these lamps such as the negative salt ions released by heating can boost blood flow, improve sleep, increase levels of serotonin in the brain, and calm allergy or asthma symptoms. I haven’t fully investigated all of that but I will say since I’ve been using this, I fall asleep quicker and feel more peaceful. The light therapy alone has been worth its weight in gold. E-Cloth

E-Cloth! We have been using e-cloth for months now. It is so nice to have a cloth that you need no chemicals to clean with. If you are cutting back on chemicals in your house, then e-cloth is a good way to help you do this. Just need water and some elbow grease and with this pack you can clean pretty much any surface in your house. The professional cloth and kitchen cloth with scrubbing pocket are my favorites, I use it to help prevent cross contamination of gluten, dairy and anything else I am steering clear of!-Kara

Unless you’re in the Southern Hemisphere you probably aren’t worried about overheating this Christmas, but it won’t always be chilly! I overheat very easily which exacerbates any neurological issues I do have, so these are a great gift for someone having hot flashes, with MS or even if you just don’t like to get hot.
